Call charges
We do not profit from customers calling us on our 0844 number, with calls from landlines costing as follows;
Weekdays, 9.00 am to 6.00pm, Mon to Fri: 8p per minute with evening calls falling to 4p per minute.
Weekends, midnight Friday to midnight Sunday: 2p per minute.
Call charges from mobiles depend on the service provider and are out of our control, but you'll obviously get a better deal using a landline.
